Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel appoints Gianfranco Tuttolani as Italian Chef

With over two decades of experience, Chef aims to bring the flavours of the Abruzzi province to the world through his masterful culinary expertise

Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel has appointed Chef Gianfranco Tuttolani as Italian Chef at the Italian dining restaurant, Celini. Born in a province known for its rich heritage, famous cathedrals and museums, Chef Tuttolani hails from an Alma Mater of repute – G.Marchitelli Culinary College, Villa Santa Maria – Chieti, Italy. 

With over two decades of experience, Chef aims to bring the flavours of the Abruzzi province to the world through his masterful culinary expertise. Throughout his career, Chef Tuttolani has been awarded multiple accolades. He has also earned a Merit Diploma for a recipe released by F.I.C. (Italian Chef Federation) and A.C.V.S. (Villa Santa Maria Chef Association). His last assignment was as Italian Chef at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh.

“It is a great pleasure to take up my new role as head Chef of Celini at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences. It will be exciting to implement my skills and knowledge, and bring to the people of Mumbai, authentic and traditional flavours from my home country-Italy,” said Chef Gianfranco Tuttolani, Italian Chef, Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel.
