Kamats Restaurants Opens Maiden Outlet in Surat

DUBBED TO be India’s largest pure vegetarian restaurant chain, Kamats Restaurants has recently unveiled its first outlet at Surat, Gujarat. The new outlet is situated en route Surat International airport, opposite to landmarks Shyam Baba Temple & VIP plaza.

The multi-cuisine restaurant offers South Indian, Punjabi Snacks, Mughlai as well as Mumbai speciality delicacies. The restaurant also offers extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The extensive menu includes varieties of South Indian dishes, Mumbai specialities, starters, combo meals, popular North Indian dishes, Indian breads, Main Course and choice of desserts.

Since 2013 Kamats has started expanding its restaurant chain and concentrated on standardising its products and services through centralised purchasing and training system. The company has captured a dominant share in the organised vegetarian family restaurant space, growing impressively year on year. In a recent conversation with Chandrakant Shetty, CEO & Director of Vitizen Hotels Ltd. and Kamats Restaurants, BW Hotelier learned that the quick-service restaurant chain plans to expand its brand presence aggressively pan-India with an expected number of 250 outlets by the year 2027.

Kamat Restaurants operates at various locations on national highways, state highways and cities.
